Boat Show season is here!  Join Poly Lift Boat Lifts at the Progressive Kansas City Boat & Sportshow this weekend.  The staff at Poly Lift would love for you to stop by our booth and discuss boat lifts and accessories that we carry.  In this week’s blog, we will highlight all the details of the first boat show of the year for Poly Lift.

Things To Do At The Show – There’s something for everyone at this year’s show!

1.  PROGRESSIVE® INSURANCE BOAT CLUB: Boost your boating IQ! Come visit the Progressive Boat Club! Progressive provides education and inspiration in partnership with the Annapolis School of Seamanship so you can get the most of your boating lifestyle! Stop by to master your docking technique at our docking pool or take a spin at a Virtual Reality boating experience.

2. THE HAWG TROUGH: Casting demos & fishing seminars - Learn from tournament pros as they conduct fishing seminars atop the Hawg Trough - a 5,000 gallon, 40-foot-long, fully stocked fish tank. There will be a full complement of experts teaching their tips and techniques at seminars throughout the weekend.

3. NEW! PADDLE SPORTS POOL: Hosted by Paddle KC, KC Paddling Club - Test out a kayak and experience the fun of paddle sports all weekend long at our large indoor pool. Seminar and open paddle times will be posted on-site, and we’ll provide all the gear and instruction you need!

4. WILLOW CREEK TROUT POND: FREE Fishing for kids! There's no limit to the fun at the
Willow Creek Trout Pond. Catch-and-release fishing pond is a great way to introduce kids to the sport of fishing. Be sure to bring your camera to capture the moment when your little angler reels in a big one! Free for kids 12 and younger.

5. NEW! THE SHOW ME STAGE: Sponsored by Favorite Fishing - Whether you’re new to boating, fishing and the outdoors or you’re an experienced pro, you’re sure to find a session that suits your skills at The Show Me Stage. With FREE sessions running all weekend, learn tips from the experts on a variety of outdoor recreation topics.

6. FRED'S SHED: Hands-on maintenance clinics - Back by popular demand! Free, daily seminars and interactive Q&A sessions for boat owners covering a variety of topics on maintaining, repairing and upgrading your boat or motor.

7. KC FOOD TRUCK MAFIA: Grab a bite to eat! Enjoy Kansas City's finest food on wheels! The KC Food Truck Mafia will be serving up tasty, unique fare inside of Bartle Hall all weekend long! Yes, that's right — food trucks, inside the building!
