I called and spoke with Mark and he quickly responded coming out the same day to speak with me and discuss options to address the issues. Mark scheduled his crew, who arrived at 7:30 AM the following morning and completed the work necessary in less than an hour. He even added some guards to the lift supports, keeping our new boat a safe distance from the brackets that attach to the dock. We have completed an extensive amount of work to our home and property in the last couple of years and clearly understand the frustration many share dealing with unreliable businesses, however, this is not the case with Poly Lift.
