Poly Lift Boat Lifts has been a member of this community for many years, serving in many capacities. Living and working here, providing the best boat lifts in the industry and most importantly, supporting many charities and events around the Lake of the Ozarks. Shootout is our largest event we support, but we also know the importance of all charities at the lake and what they do for the people of our community. THE LIGHTED CHRISTMAS PARADE
Make this Christmas season merry & bright with a free parade in Laurie Saturday, November 27th at 6 pm. The parade is hosted by The Lake West Chamber of Commerce and is the kickoff to the holiday season all can enjoy. Mr. & Mrs. Clause will be inside the Laurie Mall for all the kids to visit after the parade. Put this HUGE event on your calendar for the entire family to enjoy.
CHRISTMAS FOR KIDS
The 32nd annual Kiwanis Christmas for Kids is Saturday, December 11, from 5:30 PM – 12:00 AM at the Lodge of Four Seasons. The monies raised from this event will provide Christmas gifts for over 1,000 children in the lake area and further assist children with various needs. You can sponsor a table, purchaser individual tickets, donate a silent auction item and more. Trev & Dev and Elite Lighting and Sound will have you dancing the night away. GALA OF TREES
Hosted at Wobbly Boots, individuals and companies sponsor and decorate various sized trees and wreaths to support local charities in our community. The event kicked off last Thursday and ends this Saturday with final bidding on all the trees and wreaths. Be sure to stop by Wobbly Boots to check out all the trees and bid on your favorite. Monies raised support CADV, Kids Harbor, Candyland & Idiots Club.
CADV ADOPT A FAMILY
Every child deserves the best Christmas, which can be difficult when you have recently been exposed to domestic violence. Every year the Citizens Against Domestic Violence steps up to ensure each child has a wonderful Christmas. This is only possible with donations and the community coming together to adopt families. You can adopt as a family, individual, workplace or if you prefer not to shop, CADV will take your donation towards a family and do the shopping for you. CANDYLAND
Lake Ozark Rotary Club – Noon is hosting the annual Candyland at Stonecrest Mall November 27 to December 10. Stop into the mall to pickup candy canes off the Christmas Tree to help a local family in need enjoy a great Christmas.
Helping those in need is a cornerstone for Poly Lift Boat Lifts in the Lake of the Ozark community. When we are able to help those less fortunate it is our duty as a community to help. And in the true meaning of Christmas we challenge you to find a charity you can help. Either by donating your time or donating funds. Whatever your family is comfortable with, start a new tradition of giving as a family.
