Today was another day of great service by Poly lift. I call them around noon on Sunday with a lift issue(leaning to the side) and by 1:45 the guy has it fixed and my PWC is back on the lift. They fixed and replaced PWC lifts that were from another company. My tri-toon lift from Poly lift has had zero issues for the last 12 years. I called just to leave a message today and Charlie answered. Then he must have made some calls and eventually Mark (owner) calls the guy who came out and he fixed it in minutes. I would have been happy if they came out within days and they had it done in about an hour! These boys are definitely not on “lake time”!
